From the discovery questionnaire, we collect: business type; a description in your own words of your most time-consuming admin task; an estimate of the hours it takes; the systems you use; rough volumes (enquiries, clients/files, invoices); a description of what happens when that task fails; your preferred timescale; plus your name and email address for our reply.
To scope a proposal for you: a named automation, measured hours saved, a fixed fee, and a timeline. We do not collect it to build a marketing list.

Until your proposal is accepted or you tell us to stop, then up to 3 months.
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Email us and we'll deal with it within one month.
